The objective of the Project to replace/line the existing sewers and replace street pavement at various locations within the City and County of San Francisco. The Work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.

MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, requests Sub Bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs Local Business Enterprise (LBE) to meet the subcontracting requirement of 15.00%.

Mitchell Engineering encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourage non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and request Subcontractors/Material Suppliers, and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Concrete Manholes 12 inch to 24 inch; Concrete Manhole Risers; Standard Manholes 27 inch to 24 inch; Trucking includes Disposal Non-Hazardous Soils; VCP; Televised Inspection; 8”, 10”, 12”, 15” CIPL; and Reconstruction Pavement for the Project advertised as: VARIOUS LOCATIONS SEWER REPLACEMENT NO 16 (Contract #WW-727). Bids are due to Owner on October 10, 2024, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Mitchell Engineering is requesting subcontractor bids NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2024, to allow ample time for review.
