PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform painting of designated areas of the exterior and the entire interior, replacement of cove base, dry rot, and stucco replacement at the Hollister DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement.

OnPoint Construction, a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR", is requesting quotations from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including SBE/LBE/DVBE/DBE Subcontractors and Material Suppliers for the Project advertised as: INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PAINTING, DRY ROT, AND STUCCO REPLACEMENT SERVICES AT THE HOLLISTER DMV FIELD OFFICE (IFB #24-198) located at 80 North Sally St., Hollister, CA 95023. General Contractor bids are due on October 16, 2024, at 12:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: OnPoint Construction request Sub Bids NO LATER THAN NOON ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2024, in order to allow ample time to review bids.
