This Project is the tenant improvement of the Southeast Health Center clinic building at 2401 Keith Street. Interior work scope includes modification of partitions, ceilings, finishes, and improvements to mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm, electrical, telecommunications and security systems. Limited exterior scope includes facades refresh, windows/storefront system replacements, and minor roof patching, including after rooftop unit upgrades and removal of metal screen. Site work includes upgrades to the building courtyards and modifications to the sidewalk landscape strip along Armstrong Avenue for new street trees, plantings and extended irrigation coverage.

LYONS CONSTRUCTION CO., as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR", is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified SBE, MBE, & WBE firms for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: demolition, abatement, structural concrete, cement underlayment, masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, casework and millwork, FRP, waterproofing, insulation, air barriers, exterior wood cladding system, membrane roofing, sheet metal, firestopping, joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, door operators, glazing, scaffolding, plaster, drywall, tile, acoustical ceilings, flooring, floor sealer, wall finishes, painting, signage, toilet partitions & accessories, fire extinguishers, residential appliances, window coverings, office furniture, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, security, fire alarm, grading & paving, fencing, and landscaping.
