c. Removal of existing deck coating.
d. New standing seam metal roof, gutters, downspouts.
e. New TPO roof, roof drains.
f. New pedestrian traffic coating.
g. New sheet metal flashings, reglets, copings, sealants.
h. Miscellaneous rough carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
i. Abatement of hazardous materials.
