Scope of Work: at various locations in Districts 7 & 8 of San Francisco, California and consists of pavement renovation, curb ramp construction, sewer replacement, traffic control, and all related work.

MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, is requesting Sub Bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Subcontractors and Material/Equipment Suppliers. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs which include the subcontracting participation breakdown: LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 25% LBE. Subcontract work on this project is as follows: 10.4% MBE; 4.8% WBE; 9.8% OBE.

Mitchell Engineering encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE-DBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourage non-LBE/DBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and request Subcontractors/Material Suppliers, and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control for Roadway Work; Concrete Curb and Ramp, Gutter, Sidewalk; Trucking, Hazardous Waste Soils; Pull Box Replacements; Hydrant & Casting Cover; Standard Concrete Manholes; Concrete Catch Basins; VCP Sewer; Television Inspections Includes Post Inspection; Cast Iron Trap; Design of Structural Support for the Project advertised as: VARIOUS LOCATIONS PAVEMENT RENOVATION NO. 69 AND SEWER REPLACEMENT (Sourcing Event ID #0000005863). Bids are due to Owner on February 26, 2025, at 2:30 PM.
