The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: Demolition and replacement of roofing, insulation and accessories on buildings B, C, and D to roof deck structure and roofing accessories on Building A involving, but not limited to:
• Removal and replacement of mechanical louvers, sheet metal flashings, roof drains and select associated piping, and parapet sealants and select painting.
• New TPO roof, miscellaneous rough carpentry, concrete infill, storm drain piping, light fixture replacement, acoustical ceiling tiles and fire alarm devices.
• Abatement of hazardous materials.

PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this Project will be required to comply with the PLA.
