| Description | MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, is requesting Sub Bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Subcontractors and Material/Equipment Suppliers. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs. LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement must equal or exceed 10.80%. LBE Subcontracting work on this project is as follows: 10.4% MBE; 4.8% WBE; 9.8% OBE. Mitchell Engineering encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE-DBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourage non-LBE/DBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project. Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and request Subcontractors/Material Suppliers, and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Televise Existing Sewers Including Side Sewers; Trucking, Hazardous Waste Soils; Material I0 inch Diameter Culvert; Sewer Vent and Trap Assembly; Concrete Manholes with frame & covers; Television Inspection including Post Inspection; 12 inch VCP; 14 inch, 18 inch HOPE SOR 21 for the Project advertised as: WEST SOMA, PANHANDLE, AND INNER SUNSET and Inner Sunset Sewer Improvements (Project #WW-754). Bids are due to Owner on February 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM. PLEASE NOTE: Mitchell Engineering is requesting subcontractor bids NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2025, to allow ample time for review.
