A. Roof Replacement
1. Removal of existing built-up roof and associated sheet metal flashings and roof accessories;
2. Replace existing roof system with new single ply TPO roofing and aluminum sheet metal flashings, and re-install existing roof accessories and roof-mounted HVAC units where indicated;
3. Replace existing roof hatch and relief vents with new similar units;
4. Provide miscellaneous carpentry, sealants, roof insulation;
5. Provide polyurethane coating on entry deck roof overhangs;
6. Provide miscellaneous electrical and mechanical work on roof-mounted HVAC units affected by roof replacement.
B. Abatement of hazardous materials.
