The Work consists of, but not limited to, the replacement of a rooftop-mounted HVAC unit of the Multi-Purpose Room at Argonne Elementary School. This project involves:
a) Removal of the existing rooftop-mounted HVAC unit and associated ductwork and its replacement with a new roof-mounted HVAC unit and associated ductwork, sheet metal flashings, and roof curbs.
b) Testing, adjusting & balancing of HVAC unit.
c) Reconnection of existing Distech controls and control panel to the existing SFUSD Energy Management System.
d) Miscellaneous work such as rough carpentry, roof repair, cement plaster repair, painting, and plumbing & electrical work.
e) There is NO hazardous materials abatement work in the project.

Estimated Construction Value: $250,000
