The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: Removal and disposal of five (5) existing packaged indoor heat pumps units in 5 classrooms and all related electrical and mechanical items; installation of five (5) new split heat pump systems for 5 classrooms; floor and wall patching work to match existing surrounding floor and walls; testing and commissioning of all new split heat pumps systems; and all associated architectural; electrical, mechanical and miscellaneous related work to complete the project. There is NO hazardous materials abatement work in the project.

Estimated Construction Value: $220,000

ACCO ENGINEERED SYSTEMS is seeking qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers and/or certified DVBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/LBE firms for the Project advertised as: INDOOR HEAT PUMPS REPLACEMENT AT ULLOA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (SFUSD Project #12440) located at 2650 42nd Ave, San Francisco, CA 94116. Prime Contractor bids are due to Owner on March 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: ACCO Engineered Systems requests Subcontractor and Supplier bids by 3:00 PM ON TUESDAY, MARCH 11, 2025, to allow ample time for review.

Trades Needed Include: Electrical, Low Voltage Controls, Rigging, Special Inspections, Demolition, and Insulation. Bid Bonds may be required. Certified Payroll via Elation Software is required ($500/mo. per contractor to be included in base bid).
