The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: Kitchen and serving line upgrade with owner-provided vendor-installed equipment. Installation of new hood, ductwork and exhaust fan for new cooking line; associated structural framing and supporting elements; dining area refreshment including replacement of existing tile wainscot and flooring with new finishes. Along with site path of travel ADA upgrades.

PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this Project will be required to comply with the PLA.

Estimated Construction Value: $1,534,000

MAR CON BUILDERS, INC. as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR" is requesting quotations on "ALL TRADES" from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including certified DVBE firms for the Project advertised as: MISSION HIGH SCHOOL SNS KITCHEN FACILITY UPGRADES (SFUSD Project #12430) located at 3750 18th St., San Francisco, CA 94110. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on April 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
