The Project is generally described as: Schoolyard improvements, including but not limited, to selective demolition, trenching & backfill, earthwork, soil off-haul, and the installation of new site infrastructure including site drainage, water lines, porous unit pavers, concrete retaining walls, concrete flatwork, top soil import, mulch top dressing, raised wood planter, wood teaching board, wood amphitheater seating, CMU garden island with sink and storage space, and landscape boulders as shown on the drawings.

The Estimated Construction Value of the Work is $187,500.00 (Miraloma - $86.5K; Sunnyside -
$101K).

Eternal Construction, Inc., as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR" is requesting quotations on "ALL TRADES" from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including DVBE/MBE/LBE/WBE firms for the project known as: MIRALOMA ES & SUNNYSIDE ES GREEN SCHOOLYARD (Project #'s 11617 & 11626) located in San Francisco, CA. Bids are due no later than March 31, 2016, at 2 PM.
