The Project is generally described as remediation of leaking windows and walls and outdoor deck by the school cafeteria by mitigating these problems with application of sealants at window frames and glass sections, and metal louver vents, repairing wall cracks, replacing sheet metal flashings at windows and deck edges, repairing door thresholds, repainting exterior metal doors and application of elastomeric coatings.

Engineer's Estimate is $160,000.
