The Project is generally described as: The removal and replacement of existing asphalt fiberglass roof shingles at the Main Academic Classroom and Auditorium buildings; removal and replacement of the existing built-up roofing at Classroom Building 1-2-3-4; exterior painting of all permanent buildings including the main academic and auditorium buildings, Building 1-2-3-4; and play yard retaining walls and perimeter railing and fencing. Work also includes replacement of existing exterior main entry door with FRP doors.

Engineer's Estimate is $700,000.
