The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: Miscellaneous alterations and improvements to school interiors and exteriors and outdoor areas in three zones including abatement of hazardous materials, as follows:
ZONE 1 - UPPER AND LOWER PLAZAS
- Remove portions of existing concrete paving
- Provide planting areas with accessible permeable surface
- Provide shade trees, plants, and irrigation
- Provide seating
ZONE 2 - OUTDOOR CLASSROOM AREA
- Provide site work for improvements
- Provide bioretention areas and rain garden
- Provide gravity block retaining walls, concrete steps and handrails
- Provide accessible pathways
- Provide storage structure
- Provide power, telecom, and security cameras
- Provide shade trees, plants, and irrigation
- Provide seating
ZONE 3 - GARDEN AREA
- Remove existing raised planters
- Provide site work for improvements
- Provide gravity block retaining walls and accessible pathways
- Provide accessible raised planters
- Provide planting and irrigation
- Provide seating

Estimated Construction Value: $1,500,000

General Contractor bids are due on April 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

PLEASE NOTE: Youda Builders is requesting sub bids NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM ON MONDAY, APRIL 14, 2025, to allow ample time for review.
