Bid Package #2 - SMFCSD Bid - Meadow Heights Elementary School, George Hall Elementary School, North Shoreview Montessori project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the following scope:

* Move all furniture in and out of rooms during pre/post construction, provide wall protection
* Abatement of areas as required (See report - Scope description)
* Demo and remove the existing carpet, VCT/LVT, Linoleum and wall base
* Furnish and Install specified moisture barrier system and provide proper floor preparation for all existing concrete subfloor areas receiving new flooring as per manufacturer specifications
* Fill all subfloor cracks with specified filler as per manufacturer specifications
* Furnish and Install new specified entry walk off carpet tile, resilient plank flooring, resilient sheet flooring, top set coved wall base and all related sundries and accessories.

ZONE 4 CONSTRUCTION, INC. is currently requesting bids from certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: MEADOW HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, GEORGE HALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, AND NORTH SHOREVIEW MONTESSORI ABATEMENT AND FLOORING REPLACEMENT PHASE 2 (Bid No. 24-227) located at various sites in San Mateo, CA. Contractor bids are due to Owner on May 7, 2025, at 1:00 PM.

Please submit Subcontractor/Supplier bids BEFORE 1:00 PM on WEDNESDAY, MAY 7, 2025, to allow ample time for review.

- 024100: Demolition
- 028200: Abatement
- 096500: Resilient Flooring
- 096800: Carpeting
- 125000: Furniture Moving
