The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: Play Yard Wooden Fence Replacement. The scope of this Project includes the complete removal of the existing site fence separating the school play yard and adjacent residential properties. The existing concrete retaining wall supporting the fence will be repaired with epoxy crack injections and repair mortars where concrete has spalled. A new site fence with steel posts will be anchored to the existing concrete retaining wall and infilled with wood at the lower half and chain-link fencing at the upper half. The contractor shall furnish labor and materials to provide a 8 feet high with green fabric coverings temporary construction fencing to separate the construction area and the play yard as required for the duration of the construction.

There is hazardous materials abatement work in the project.

HOI'S CONSTRUCTION, INC. requests quotes from certified/qualified DVBE/MBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: HARVEY MILK CIVIL RIGHTS ACADEMY PLAY YARD WOODEN FENCE REPLACEMENT (SFUSD Project #12465) located at 4235 19th St., San Francisco, CA 94114. General Contractor bids are due on May 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Hoi's Construction requests proposals by 1:00 PM ON MONDAY, MAY 19, 2025, to allow ample time for review. In addition, all bids must be in writing. If a scope letter is available, we request that you fax us an advance copy one day prior to bid date.
